Larry is a strong performer in real estate. We met at an open house at a very nice property in Fleming Island where he was the host. He presented our offer, which admittedly was not very appealing. Regardless he handled it very professionally. We were turned down which he also handled very graciously. And he has shown great agility and flexibility in starting to help us in finding our next target property. We look forward to continue our search with Larry.

Larry was by our side throughout the process of buying our first home, and to be honest we were not easy clients. We didn't know what we liked, and our credit scores were less than perfect. But Larry took on the challenge gracefully and with enthusiasm. Not only did he get "On the Hunt" to find out what we like and secure us our dream home, he also helped us in securing a finance company through Watson. It was through Larry's finance recommendation we were able to buy our first home with ZERO down payment. After two weekends of searching Larry showed us a home that we wouldn't have chosen to see ourselves, and we knew instantly we wanted to buy that house. Larry was knowledgeable, eager to help, communicative and personable. He was nothing short of insightful and showed us that he was listening to our needs and wants. At one point even telling us "I think you guys like Ranch style homes best" when we didn't even really know what that meant. He went above and beyond at every juncture to make sure we were well informed and comfortable with the process. I will be recommending him to everyone I know as soon as they mention being "on the Hunt" for a home. 10/10!
